Our hogs typically hang at 120 to 145 lbs. Your final cost depends on whether you reserve a quarter or half share, along with your processing and smoking selections.
Processing and smoking fees are additional … typically $50 to $100 depending on your selections.
Free delivery within 5 miles. Beyond 5 miles, delivery is $10 plus $1 per mile. Pittsburgh deliveries available by inquiry.
Final payment is due upon delivery.

Quarter Curated Pork Box … Ideal for an individual or couple.
Average packaged pork: approximately 22 to 28 lbs. You can expect one cardboard box (18 x 12 x 8).
In certain cases, substitutions may occur, but a typical box may include:
2 packs center-cut bone-in pork chops, 2 per pack
1 Boston butt roast or 1/2 hickory-smoked ham
1 slab spare ribs
2 lbs hickory-smoked bacon
2 packages of osso bucco shanks
3 lbs spicy Italian sausage
2 lbs breakfast sausage
2 lbs ground pork
2 bag pork stock bones (about 1.25 lbs ea) (see our easy Ham and Bean Soup Recipe!)

Freezer space required is modest. As a rule of thumb, 35 to 40 pounds of packaged meat takes about 1 cubic foot of freezer space… the average home freezer above a standard refrigerator has 4-5 cubic feet!
