Lamb Stock Bones
Avg. 1.25lb per bag.
Ridgemeade Ranch lamb stock bones are cut for broth and kitchen utility, with a good mix of marrow, joints, and meaty trim for a stock that sets up rich and savory. What makes them worth keeping in the freezer is not just body, but flavor... a clean lamb depth, gentle sweetness, and a mineral brightness that gives soups, beans, braises, and pan sauces real structure. Roast the bones first until well browned, then simmer low and slow with onion, herbs, and a splash of vinegar. Let time do the work... the result is quiet, foundational, and deeply restorative.
Ridgemeade lamb is grass-fed and grass-finished on diverse pastures. No grain. No antibiotics. Harvested once each year at 8 to 11 months of age in late fall, after a full grazing season and the first frosts, when cool-weather forages concentrate sugars and essential oils.
