Ground Lamb (1lb per package)
Ridgemeade Ranch ground lamb is the everyday cut that still eats like something special. Our 80/20 grind has enough fat to stay juicy, enough lean to keep its shape, and a clean, lightly sweet lamb flavor that doesn’t get loud or greasy. It browns beautifully for burgers, kefta, meatballs, shepherd’s pie, or a fast pan sauce over pasta. Simple spice, hot skillet, good salt…and you’ll taste why pasture makes a difference.
Ridgemeade lamb is grass-fed and grass-finished on diverse pastures. No grain. No antibiotics. Harvested once each year at 8 to 11 months of age in late fall, after a full grazing season and the first frosts, when cool-weather forages concentrate sugars and essential oils.
