Ridgemeade is a family ranch built on standards, not labels.

Words like organic and natural are not enough. We do not chase them. We run a system you can see. Pasture based livestock, adaptive grazing, long recovery, and a decision rule that favors land health and low stress handling over convenience.

Our lamb is raised on the south Lake Erie ridge, born, raised, and finished on pasture in a unique lake effect micro-cliamte. It is terroir driven in the only way that matters. The animal lives in the place. The place shows up on the plate.

We also produce a small portfolio of farm goods and spirits, in season and in limited runs. We serve chefs and private buyers who plan ahead and care how things are raised.
